    Hey Everybody! We are starting our planning for next year and I couldn't wait to fill you in on just some of the new things that you can expect for next year. We will be kicking off the new year with our New Years Boot Camp, but this year we are adding new exercises and workouts specifically aimed at not just making you look better, but actually FEELING BETTER! We will be kicking this up a notch with our weekly updates in our Kickboxing Facebook group including recipes, articles and tips for helping you eat, sleep and live healthier.   • Vacation Camp

    April Vacation Camp! OK Everyone! Here it comes. We are going to be celebrating April Vacation in style. On April 24th, we will be kicking off our Empower Vacation Camp! And this will be a first for us...we are working on SWORD!! That’s right everyone, we will spend the entire week learning basic sword blocks and strikes, as well as a few tricks and a competition form for you to show off your moves with. Of course the camp still comes complete with all of the activities you have come to expect including all the games, tricking instruction, pizza party, and our field trip to a special place to explore and practice with our weapons!     This time of year, it is not unusual to feel that way. The holidays were a blur with family, food, time off and holiday get togethers, and now we are back to work with a new year, new goals (disguised as resolutions which cause even more stress,) and the bills from the holiday gifts. But what is stress, and how do we get it under control? There are several steps we can take to get it under control. The first step is to breathe. It seems so basic but it most often overlooked.
