Hey Everybody! We are starting our planning for next year and I couldn't wait to fill you in on just some of the new things that you can expect for next year. We will be kicking off the new year with our New Years Boot Camp, but this year we are adding new exercises and workouts specifically aimed at not just making you look better, but actually FEELING BETTER! We will be kicking this up a notch with our weekly updates in our Kickboxing Facebook group including recipes, articles and tips for helping you eat, sleep and live healthier. We will also be adding in changes to our Karate Programs for both kids and adults! For the kids, we have increased our Hyper Program, and will be bringing more focused workouts and training in both traditional and extreme martial arts and will be having the opportunity to train with some of the Hyper Pro Athletes. We have also teamed up with Awesome Karate Drills to bring even more fun and exciting ways to train. Our Little Ninjas will be treated to a whole assortment of new games and activities that focus specifically on building balance, strength and agility while increasing focus, and our new lineup of "Mat Chats" will help them deal with everything from Bullying to Strangers to Safety when they are out with their families. For the adults, we will be adding in even more focused sparring drills and forms work, along with some great new self defense techniques and workouts to bring out your best. Add in the new promotions we are going to be doing, along with the Camps and activities, our SWAT and Demo Teams and it is shaping up to be an amazing year. Here we come 2018!
